2007: A New Year, A New Market

(Sarasota, Florida, February 5, 2007)- Americans have fallen in love again with global investing. One out of every four dollars in U.S.-based mutual funds is invested in foreign securities, and last year, more than 90% of net inflows into U.S. stock mutual funds went into international funds. Global funds have grown at a 30% annual clip, far outpacing their U.S. counterparts. Hot markets, like China’s, have more than doubled.

Can this torrid pace continue? Will Americans continue to put their dollars in stock markets that quote prices in euros, yen and rupee? Which markets will continue to shine and which ones look ripe for a correction? Investors can get some answers to those critical questions--and much more--from some of the world’s top experts in investing at this year’s World Money Show in Orlando, Florida, February 7-10, 2007, whose focus is on Global Diversification.

The World Money Show’s “Investing Around The World” panels will include representatives from Australia, Canada, China, Japan, The Russian Federation and South Africa, who will provide their critical insights on the economic, political, and investment climate in various regions of the world. These panelists will look at the current market conditions, future economic outlook and the best investment opportunities in each of their countries.

The World Money Show is the largest individual investor conference held in the U.S., with 10,000 attendees expected at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando. Leading financial services firms such as Fidelity will exhibit as well as multinational public companies such as Reuters and The Bank of New York. This year, public companies will comprise nearly half the exhibitors, an all-time high.

Some of the prominent speakers who will appear on panels, in workshops and at keynote presentations will include David Bassanese, Gordon Pape, Robert Hsu, Andrey Dolgorukov, and Mundunwazi Baloyi. Leading experts like Sam Stovall and Elaine Garzerelli will present their outlooks for the markets in 2007.

Interviews with international representatives can be arranged by request prior to the event. For on-site press credentials or to arrange an interview, contact Kim Ross at 941/320-7619 or kimross@intershow.com
